Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MILIKI ("we", "us", "our") and the related services, websites, and applications (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your organization.
- You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
- Some Services require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance per billing cycle.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.
- We may suspend access for non-payment or overdue balances.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the Services or attempt to access them without authorization.
- Do not upload unlawful content or violate any applicable laws and regulations.
- Do not interfere with system integrity or security.
4. Data Protection and Privacy
You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you input into the Services is collected and processed lawfully. Our privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, designs, and content. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Services without our prior written consent.
